Orkin Pest Control

We had Orkin years ago and I would not recommend them at all. We were paying a fee and we found termites upstairs in the house and it was a lot of damage. They gave us a song and a dance and my husband ended up doing all the repair work himself and fortunately he was knowledgeable and capable of doing it. They didn't follow through on what their claims were and this was probably about 15 years ago. They just made us mad naturally and we quit right then and there because we had them for about 15 years and when we discovered the termites and everything then they said it wasn't their fault, so we won't use them at all. They would show up most of the time unannounced and so maybe you were home or maybe you weren't. When we built our new home we sure as heck didn't use them. We built a concrete one and termites don't eat concrete. We were so upset at the fact that they didn't uphold what we considered part of their end of the deal. Price wise, obviously, I had a yearly contract and I guess that wasn't so bad back then.

He did a good job.  Previously I had another pest control company but I was not happy with them.  I terminated my services with them.  He came out the next day we called.  He kind of did a free inspection for us.  This was the first time we used him and we had no complaints.  He came out on time and he called me and let me know that he was on his way.  The price was exactly what he said it would be.  He watched around and told us everything like what he was doing and we could expect in the future.  I was very happy with him.  The guy from the other pest control company came out one time but I never heard again from them.  But I kept getting bills from them.  We were seeing some pests. So we switched over.  He was very professional.
