When he came out to the house he was supposed to do the inside and outside of the house, hoever, he would ask which rooms have the worst infestation and what type of bug - if you tell him which room, that will be the only room he will do. That bug will be dead, but for the amount of money you spend for him to do one room is crazy. He will come out any time you need him and still pay the quarterly price of $80 - but it is still not worth it.

Both of the Orkin representatives with whom I have met regarding the pest control plan for my home have been punctual, professional, and reliable. I recommend Orkin's services highly. I now have a new plan that will be less expensive for me and I am happy that Orkin could work with me and my budget. I appreciate the quick response I got when I called Orkin after the termites swarmed from "?" Nobody really knows where the swarming termites come from. I don't have any rotting wood at my home, but there are wooded areas everywhere and there will always be termites. Thankfully, I had the inground termite treatment done just after I bought my home, and I do plan to continue the plan that will become yearly in Oct. of this year.

They were good. They came out and rechecked what they did the year before. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
