Novus Glass

it went great- the tech showed up slightly prior to the appt time- called me to let me know that he was there (i hadnt arrived home yet)..was very pleasant upon my arrival- i parked my truck in a shady place for the tech to start his job on my windshield- it was quite hot outside- he told me approx how long it would take to complete the job and then, how long i should wait before driving the vehicle- at the end of the job, it was overcast- he told me that if it did rain, that it would not interfere w/the drying process or stability of my windshield...the work was completed in the exact time-frame that he had given to me, prior to starting- the work area was cleaned up nicely- no leff over debris- he was very polite and respectful throughout the windshield installation...we chatted for a bit at the end- i told him that i would be reporting my experience of the work/company to angies list- this is a Mennonite owned company- television is not part of thier home life, so he was not familier w/angies list- however, he did relate to me that the Novus company is listed positively on the BBB website- ive had several other repair issues completed on my trucks in the past by Novus and i knew that their products/customer service/work is excellent- again, no disappointments  :)
