The communication was wonderful. He was extremely pleasant and informative. The office is a simple foyer with a desk. He is considerate of your comfort. The massage rooms are small and not a specific place to dress or undress other than a bathroom across from the massage room which you have to pass the desk to get to. The massage its self was very nice and relaxing. I was offered a discounted package plan for future massages and did purchase that. The only bad thing is Paul is booked and has very little availability. So do not expect to see him for a second visit anytime soon. He does do evening hours which was very pleasant.
I probably will not use him again only because of his booked schedule. I do not like having to wait to get massaged weeks in advance. But if you don't mind the scheduling, Paul is extremely pleasant.

Northwest Florida Sports and Medical Spa are excellent. I recently had a massage from someone else and they were a lot better than the other masseuse. He explained everything that he was doing and seemed to be far more educated in the body, the muscles and how he can help with them. Everything was explained very clearly in the paper work before he ever touched you, like what was expected of you and what was expected of them. He explained everything as he went. I have some physical problems and we discussed them all before we even started. He was able to concentrate on those areas that needed it the most. He explains to you what he's actually doing while he's doing it. He was heads above the first masseuse I went to. His office is very pleasant and relaxing. It's small, but adequate. He was very professional and nice. You can schedule your own appointments on line. He did a very good job. All my pain is gone.
