Naylor Lawn Services

Like another customer said, in the beginning, Mr. Naylor and team did a pretty good job.  Mr. Naylor acted like he liked us and cared about the work they did.  Then all of a sudden, the last time I requested service and Mr. Naylor said they would be out, they did not show up.  This went on for four times that I asked again if they could come do the lawn and Mr. Naylor would text me back they would come.  They never showed up.  I thought that maybe they were no longer in business because I was so shocked at being treated this way when I was always nice to them (even if his workers made a mistake) and I always promptly paid.  Clearly, Mr. Naylor never intended to service my yard again...no warning, no reason, etc.  I am still shocked that Mr. Naylor turned out to be a person who can't be trusted.  With no notice that they weren't going to be coming back and with him telling me they would come over and over, my grass built up to the point, I finally got someone else to cut it but now we are just cutting the lawn ourselves until I can find a replacement company. This was a horrible experience.

The initial experience with Naylor Lawn Services was fantastic.  When I tried to schedule a regular service with Mr. Naylor a couple of months after this initial service, he took nearly 2 weeks to call me back after I had left multiple messages for him.  I also tried to get him to come out again this December to do some light yard cleanup before Christmas and he still has not returned my phone call 5 days later.  This company does great work, IF and WHEN you can actually get them to return a phone call.

The team of three did an awesome. The yard looks better than it has ever looked. Very reasonable price, professional, attention to detail; I will definitely use them again.

I got this company's name from Angie's List...called earlier today. They were able to come out today and do a cut, trim, and edge and they did a great job. Mr. Naylor presents himself professionally with a business card and once they started working, it really was a very efficient operation. I got the feeling that the team of three really had this down and they worked together well and were done in about an hour. They blew the debris off of the concrete and porch and made sure my gates were closed back. I really have a good feeling about this company and will use again! Thank you Mr. Naylor and team!

My friend referred me to Mr. Naylor, when I called him and I explained I only needed the grass cut, he told me he could do it that afternoon. He had a team of three, so it went very quickly, my gate wasn't big enough to fit his riding mower, so they had to do the back with a push mower. He provided suggestions on the best way to get my double wide gate opened for next time, since the wider gate had not been opened for years and required a modification in order to open it now.

They do great work. We've used them for a year. Other people recommended them to us. He is a very responsible individual. He has a crew and they do great work with him. We would recommend him. The price is fine for what he does for us. He is an ex-military man. He doesn't have a specific time but he comes on Fridays. He is very professional.

They are so quick and efficient that most the time I don't even notice them when they are working. They also have no problem if I need extras, such as special treatment for weeds and extra pruning of bushes. Depending on the ease of the work, lots of times they just do it and don't charge me. I would recommend them to anyone.

He is very concientious about making sure he is doing what I want done.
