Motivated Movers of Pensacola

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS - ONLY REASON WHY I AM WRITING A REVIEW IS TO HELP THE NEXT PERSON OUT WITH THIS!! horrible experience. - cancelled first day that was scheduled - hour and half late next day - forgot tools used his actual car key to unscrew furniture - no tools for washer and dryer - told me they would finish the job and charge me for hour and half only. they did not put any of my furniture back together - left most parts at older house that I had to go back and find. Charged me for 3 hours - I called to speak with manager - explained the situation; said he would call me back with a resolution - never heard back from them.

We were scheduled to move Saturday, at 8:00am with All My Sons. They called Friday to confirm Saturday at noon. When I questioned that, I was told they had trouble with a truck and couldn't get there sooner. They called back later to confirm again for 7am. When the 2 movers showed up, they were unprepared to assist with final packing (as had been previously discussed when setting this up), refused to take down the television, and wanted to cancel because it was raining. We were so disgusted, we fired them. I found Motivated Movers on Angie's List and contacted them. From the beginning the gentleman on the phone was friendly and helpful. He was able to schedule movers to come out Monday morning at 9am,  He called back Monday and asked if we'd like to have a third mover to assist, as it was raining, and this would help expedite the service. We agreed. They showed up promptly at 9am, and were the friendliest go-getters.  No complaints, extremely polite and so helpful. We had it done in just less than 6 hours, and these guys never wavered from their friendly, professional support. I highly recommend Motivated Movers to anyone looking for a positive moving experience.

the move went very smooth they came they help they packed up at things that were not yet packed they took apart piece is it needs to be taken apart to be moved they actually took multiple trips one to my storage unit another to my house.

excellent, they disassembled my fridge and large office desk to move out, and when they moved me in they didn't damage any of the freshly painted walls.

The 2 man crew, David and KC, arrived on time for pack up, surveyed the items we were moving, and got to work. We were only moving about half of a very full 3 bedroom house and they had us packed and ready to go in about 4 hours. They carefully packed and loaded a large glass table top, large flat screen TV, and large glass curio and not a single piece was damaged, All other items, large dining room table and chairs, china hutch, kitchen table and chairs, bedroom set, etc... made the 800 mile journey without a scratch, ding, or dent. I moved may times to and from over seas and all across the country during my 22 years of military service and this was by far the best experience. David and KC were very professional and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend them to anyone.
