Service was done quickly and professionally.

I brought my vehicle in for a quote on repairing an exhaust leak as well as a quote on a basic tune up: spark plugs, wires, timing belt, etc. The mechanic who called me back was pushy and unprofessional. He had already welded my exhaust pipe solid rather than replacing the leaking gasket in order to save me $35- not reversible. Three months later, exhaust is again noisy. Only now, the repair will cost three times as much as it would have if he had just done it right the first time. He also quoted me $1250 on tune up maintenance, recommending I replace a "rusty" timing belt and water pump that were not faulty. Because the guy was so condescending, I decided to get another quote, which turned out to be much cheaper and more reputable. The second inspection revealed that there was nothing wrong with the timing belt at all. I would recommend avoiding this place for all things except basic oil changes,etc. I will say, the man behind the counter was professional, and left a good impression, so maybe it was just the one mechanic I spoke with...either way, I won't be going back.

They were honest in saying it could be a computer problem with car and if under warranty should go that route rather than paying for repair as it could be up to $2000!. He removed and replaced the battery cable and re-hooked a wire hoping that will repair any possible charge problem to correct but suggested to take to dealer if that didn't correct. But he said I could leave there and they could continue to evaluate but wanted to be my decision. He asked me what I thought would be fair and I had no idea as I am the stereotype of a woman and a car. Only charged me half of the diagnostic labor and included the cost of parts! The other mechanics were asking questions as well so it was a team effort. From the minute I walked through the door until I left, they were very professional and courteous. I had my battery replaced, oil changed and tires put on my car by two different car care providers. I should have just gone to Meineke. Will need my brakes done soon and will be returning to Meineke for that and any future services. They even offered to drive me home if I wanted to leave my car!

The service over there is excellent. I have been using it as long as it has been there, probably five years. They are courteous and pleasant. I have had no repercussions from any of their services. They have a special for $9.95 but I don't usually get that. They also have a deal where, if you get the supreme, where they do all of 24 checks on the vehicle, you get free roadside service for three months. They almost do everything.
