Another company Terminix said it was not part of my guarantee with them and refused any assistance. Steve seemed very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing the problem most reasonably. He did not attempt to sell me a lot of add on service. He was at my home over an hour and charged me nothing. I will call him to conduct the spot treatments he suggested. I like him and am very comfortable in depending on him....knowledgeable, fair, and honest.

I thought they were very professional and they did exactly what I asked them to do. They were actually recommended by our builder.

When the regional manager give you his personal cell number and offers to come to you home at 5:30 PM, you have a great company. I have been treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. I believe Massey is the best pest control company I have ever dealt with.

The service provided was on time and as advertised. They estimated 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours for completion for a crew of two plus their inspector. The crew arrived on the appointed day and time as promised. The installation was competed as promised.
