This is the 2nd realtor with Main Street Properties we are using. The first one, LaDawn Singleton is a horrible person and does not care about the client. The second person, Jack Lara, may or may not care. Since February 4th, we have been trying to sell and they, Main Street have been lazy, but again this is our opinion. Our review might change if they show better customer service. But right now, there is nothing special about them unfortunately.

The agent was always knowledgeable and helpful. He provided guidance and suggestions ways to make the best offer and acquire the property at the lowest cost. His recommendations for ancillary services such as home inspector were helpful. He made sure all bases were covered to meet the closing date. I felt that Les always had our best interest in mind. We never worried that he was servicing a seller or just trying to move a property.
