Inside side mirror's rough and spotty paint. Around side door chrome near back seat..See old paint underneath and looks like it will flake off. Lots of tiny bumps under the paint and some have white tops ...car is red. Ridge of paint at the trunk where it was not open and the paint smoothed. old layer of paint shows underneath new paint on very bottom of car side panels Kept my are for 6 days. When I picked it up the seat was almost set to the backseat for a really tall person around 6. The radio station was set to some strange station. The AC was set as low as it would go. The outside of my car was filthy as if it had been painted days ago. Also my Check engine light was on(comes on when I hit below a 1/2 tank of gas for just a short while( not a major proble ) but it means that my car had been running a while to use up gas. They refused to fix the paint problems the manager was very rude and thought it was funny that he had a clear piece of glass leaning on a table in his loby that I almost tripped over when I showed him the paint job that I had requested and told him that I had paid two hundred dollars extra for resurfacing to go with it( a total of$ 1510.00.) I have had a total hip replacment, and if had I fell over that clear sheet of glass it could have really hurt me. I am almost 60 years old.His remark was ... just break my glass. He refused to take the money for payment and let me have my car unless I signed a paper about their work. He also had fun making me sign my own copy that was not attached to his before he would let me have my car.

Called for an estimate on a auto paint job for 3 weeks. Spoke with multiple individuals including Paul the manager who was simply not interested in providing a quote. Emailed, sent photos, and called multiple times. Was told that the person we needed to speak with was unavailable. Paul seemed uninterested in helping.

I had it sanded before hand to save time. Time is money with a service van, so the longer they are out the more it costs. The guy who sanded it used the wrong sandpaper which granted was not Maaco's fault but the fact that they inspected the van and said that the sanding was good and it would paint fine is. If they would have told me differently I would have let them re-sand it before painting it. The end was result was a van that looked like it was painted with a paint brush and a paint shop saying it was my problem because they didn't do the sanding. That was clear because they painted over the tree sap on the roof of the vehicle. They agreed to re-paint the vehicle if they did the sanding for $400 which I would have paid initially with no problem but the only reason they agreed to do that was that THEY PAINTED IT THE WRONG COLOR. They said they would match it from the paint code and then painted it a sparkle blue which was completely wrong. They said that they could not find the right paint code so they guessed basically. I had several vans painted at this location before Maaco took over and they did a great job. Not the same experience now. The manager was VERY unprofessional and was smoking in the paint booth all 3 times I went there. I am not an expert but isn't paint flammable? She was lucky she didn't blow us all up. I never had the van repainted because they knew I was under time constraints with a service van and they told me it would take them 5 days to re-paint it as opposed to the original day and a half it took the first time.

Did a wonderful job on our Prius. Would use again if we need paint work.

Cost effective, especially for older vehicles. Paint match was perfect, coat is hard and even. The job took a day longer than expected, due to the volume of business. That's a good sign too.
