Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Although I prepaid last fall for two general maintainence visits this year, they refused to service the unit now, even though they installed it several years ago. The office staff said their policies on servicing geothermal units has changed. I have had nothing but difficulties with this company ever since the unit was first installed. They often send a technitian who doesn't know how to service my unit, and then have to reschedule. It has issues working due to broken pumps or pressure switches every two years or so, and they charge exorbitant service fees. I have asked to talk to the manager about a refund and am waiting to hear back.
