We used Lawn and Order for a couple of years and was happy with them, but then decided to handle our lawn ourselves. Since then I have given his name to several people, including my renters. He is currently working for one set of renters and has been doing a good job, until this last time. The day after the last time Lawn and Order did the lawn, I received a phone call from the renters to say that the air conditioner wasn't working properly. I thought that was strange because it had just been serviced less than a month earlier and was working great. I got a repairman out there the same day and was charged $85 for the call. The repairman's note on the invoice stated, "Checked out system and found control wire pulled loose at condensing unit. Lawn was serviced yesterday. Reconnected wire. Test ran okay."
I sent a copy of the bill to the renters and asked them to present to Lawn and Order to pay. Mike's (owner) reply was, "If she wants me to pay her $85 tell her good luck finding somebody else to do the yard."
The last time I checked, Lawn and Order was not the only lawn service around.
I will not be giving Lawn and Order's name to anybody else.
