They were prompt and professional. They discussed options with me and did NOT engage in any high pressure sales tactics or so-called "bait and switch." The tech explained the options available on various stereo choices, identified which ones were on sale, and answered all my questions. I was given an estimate prior to the onset of work. I am very pleased with the service and product.

He was very very creative to make everything match in the dash on an older Toyota truck. He was on time and right on the price he quoted. The receiver was installed to the existing sound system and works perfectly. He also does a lot of work with the military guys and has a very professional shop. He is very easy to work with and offers great prices.
