Heating and Air Conditioning Service, Appliance Repair
On 10/1 we moved our extra refrigerator and it would kick back on. The morning of 10/2 our washer machine decided to stop filling with water. I placed a call at 8:00 am. Mr. Kelly answered immediately and said he would be out around noon as he has a couple other appointments. I asked him to call when enroute as we have dogs. He was here, fixed and gone before 11 AM. He called before hand which allowed me to put dogs up before he arrived. He and his nephew were very nice. Mr. Kelly was extremely fair, knowledgeable and honest. He could have charged me a fortune and pretended to fix my appliances. Instead, he was very honest and both were just minor issues. The washer we had the drain tube too far in and it was creating a syphon effect. The fridge just needed to go thru it defrost cycle and it kicked back on....we were not leaving it plugged in long enough as it can take up to 30 minutes.
I felt safe and comfortable alone with my new daughter with Mr. Kelly present.
I highly recommend Mr. Kelly for any and all heating, air or appliance issues (new, used or old).
He is a retired from Sears Service/Repair center and owns his own business now.
He is licensed and insured.
He does service calls, installation, residential and commercial.
