+ -1 moreTerrible. When State Farm did not pay him, he filed a lien on our home suing us for the money. He did not perform the job as directed by us and State Farm and then ILLEGALLY placed a lien on our home and never notified us about it. Found out by accident. Still fighting it to this day, 2012. Found out many, many folks were done the same way. One person sold his house and at closing was when he found out about the lien on his. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!! Many more folks were treated this way.
Description of Work: Hired homeless people from "Tent City" to demo our home. Was NOT done properly. Tore down walls, floors and rooms that were NOT supposed to be torn down and then left the ones that were supposed to be torn down alone. State Farm was not going to pay him, nor were we.
