He paid sub contractors ahead of time before they finished their work, and they walked off the job and did not finish their work. He did not care about the quality of the work. There were things that should have done that were never done. For example, we had hurricane windows that he had never sealed. I was told that if we had had a hurricane, my house would have been destroyed because of this. When I tried to get him to come back out to do anything, it was like pulling teeth. He was disrespectful. He accused me of doing things in my home to destroy it that I had nothing to do with. He also tried to come between my husband and I. He would not guarantee his work. The person who installed the tub downstairs did not seal the tub properly and it had been leaking since day 1, and I did not know that. In my opinion, there should be an inspector to come around everyday to make sure everything is done properly and the work is completed. I had glass around my patio, the glass railings were not installed properly. They left them down, and animals or a child could have gotten through and been injured or killed.
