They're pleasant and professional. His workers were professional. The job was huge. It was in the summer and they had to go up in the attic. It was so hot in Florida. I actually called Mr. Simmons the owner, because I felt so bad for his workers and told him that he could wait a couple of weeks. They did it, and it took a couple of weeks.
