Jaks Shoe Repair

The work itself seems to be good quality.  I have worn only one pair of the repaired shoes.

But I'm baffled as to why it takes 3 weeks to have a heel tap replaced.  In my previous location, I could have that done on my lunch hour.

Delivered the repaired shoes as promised.

Hard to find good shoe/leather repair these days. Nice people, good service and workmanship, reasonable prices. I will go back and highly recommend.

They were unable to preform the work I requested

The work was prompt, the customer service outstanding, and both pairs were better than expected. The boots look like new and have many more miles on them.

I dropped my shoe off and she told me how long it would take (one week) and how much it would cost. It was done on time and for a fair price.

I took three pairs of boots and a pair of high heels to have the heels repaired. I was greeted by one of the owners who took care of my repairs personally. They offered to do the repairs in one day, but I was busy and couldn't get by later that day. I picked them up two days later.

Not only did they repair the heels, but they cleaned, buffed and shined each pair. They charged only $38 for the entire job, including tax!!! The staff are friendly and professional, the prices beyond fair and the work the best I've ever had from any shoe repair store anywhere in the country.

I highly recommend them and will travel from Gulf Shores. AL to Pensacola, FL any time I need their services again. They also repair luggage, golf bags, hand bags, brief cases, etc. and I plan to take my favorite piece of luggage there this week to have the handle and zipper repaired. Jak's is THE BEST!!!!!

It is a small mom and pop business. I found them by accident a couple of years ago. By the second time I walked in the door and they knew me by name.
