Located next to whataburger on Davis hwy. Davis hwy and Burgess intersection. 2 blocks south of I10. We are a very busy shop and can take about 2 weeks for most repairs...please let us know if you need for a certain date and we will try our best to provide. With another local shop catching fire, we are taking in high quantity and apologize for the inconvenience at the time.

The work itself seems to be good quality. I have worn only one pair of the repaired shoes.
But I'm baffled as to why it takes 3 weeks to have a heel tap replaced. In my previous location, I could have that done on my lunch hour.
Not only did they repair the heels, but they cleaned, buffed and shined each pair. They charged only $38 for the entire job, including tax!!! The staff are friendly and professional, the prices beyond fair and the work the best I've ever had from any shoe repair store anywhere in the country.
I highly recommend them and will travel from Gulf Shores. AL to Pensacola, FL any time I need their services again. They also repair luggage, golf bags, hand bags, brief cases, etc. and I plan to take my favorite piece of luggage there this week to have the handle and zipper repaired. Jak's is THE BEST!!!!!
