I was really pleased. It is family owned and they do what they say they are going to do. They have an absolutely great attitude. Like anybody else, you see things that they don’t see. I asked them to come back to do a couple things and they were more than willing and were very courteous. They were on time and on the job from the time they got there until the time they left. I have a stucco house and all the lines are straight. They did a great job on the trim. They repaired the concrete that is at the base of my house. They respackled that with cement and fixed that. They just did a lot of stuff. They fixed a drip on my gutters and they didn’t charge me for it. They painted my mailbox to match my house; there was no extra charge for that but I didn’t mention it when I got the estimate. They may have been a little on the high side but I don’t really have anything to compare it to. I used someone after Hurricane Ivan and they charged me $15,000. I thought that was high at the time. One man that came out said it didn’t need to be painted; I didn’t think that was really his call. I had it painted because my expansion joints were all split and I had some cracks. My termite people told me that if I didn’t get it fixed, they would not cover insurance if I got termites. It wasn’t really an option. The only reason I am not giving them an A in quality is because they missed some areas like behind the gutters and they had to go back. It should have been done in the first place. They cleaned up after themselves and they were very professional. I would absolutely use them again and I have recommended them to friends.
