Hightower Industries recently installed a new roof on our home in Panama City Beach. We dealt with Sales Representative Grant Rowell. Grant gave us a reliable estimate for the work within 30 minutes of showing up on our doorstep. Grant dealt with us with courtesy, reliability, and professionalism throughout our dealings with Hightower. We highly recommend both Hightower and Grant. The team that installed our roof did a beautiful job and a beautiful job of clean-up. There was no evidence that they'd even been here, except for our beautiful new roof. We highly recommend this company and Grant Rowell in particular.

They were wonderful. Everything I asked they did it and they were willing to do that as well. They made sure to clear the area for my dog. Any question that I had the color and edging they answered it and explained it to me. I already recommend them to my son.

Hightower was the second roofing company I consulted (the first being a relatively well-known name in the area). The difference was night and day; whereas the first company I consulted rarely returned my phone calls, Hightower always returned my call within minutes. They worked with me and the insurance company through all the difficulties of my claim, and did so efficiently and in a way that helped me understand the sometimes-daunting ins and outs of post-hurricane insurance coverage and process. I felt that they were always working to my benefit. Once they helped clear the insurance hurdles, the job was done within a matter of days. And the roof looks great. In fact, I had some issues with water gathering behind my dormers, and they went the extra mile to do some excellent flashing work to ensure that this wouldn't happen again. Really, I can't recommend this company strongly enough. I've referred them to two other people, both of whom have had great experiences -- one of whom is even a contractor who was so impressed with the work Hightower did on my roof that he had them do his.
