High Tech Plumbing & Heating

Started well, Wendell was one of 3 who came out to give an estimate and plan the job... the other 2 took many phone calls and we had contacted 11 initially.
After many months the Sewer Laterals were in place the streets back in order and the work crews gone, the County paperwork was in order and we were left asking the question of when?
More calls to Wendell
Eventually survey marks on the ground at the Lateral line signalling the oks to proceed from the Utilities.
Weeks went by and then a pile of gawd d*** RED CLAY appeared on the yard killing some of our slow growing schrubs... ok if this was going in the Septic I don't care but NOT ON THE YARD.
More Weeks and calls to Wendell started to become difficult to contact but he showed up .... a couple days after saying he would.
Wendell connected the Laundry to the Lateral line but after joking that everything will be fine of that was the only pipe.... well that wans not the only pipe.
3 of 4 Sprinkler Zones do not work now, grass is not growing well in the RED CLAY THAT'S EVERYWHERE
2 weeks later Wendell came to fix the open sewer in the back yard the pictures are great but not my colour.
We still have a pile of Red Clay that needs a home where it will be wanted.
I am not happy and warn neighbors.
Happy to share more with anyone who wants a horror story
We would happily have paid 2x more and been ahead in the short and long run.

The work was done correctly and each time I was shown the installed item and checked it our before Wendell left. You will not havre to worry about him doing the job, he knows his trade. This  applies to all three times  he did work in my home.
