Haynes Van and Storage

They had a guy that was specifically for piano. He was excellent. We have 2 grandfather clocks and he also packed them up so they were safe. And crated a marble top for a dresser. He was very professional and very good.
The rest of the people were okay. They just dumped the stuff in storage. It was not well done. Some of the stuff was not well wrapped or packed. It was very, very hot in Florida so there was damage to some of the furniture by setting a piece of plastic on it. If I was standing right there, they packed well. They did some packing too. They packed up my electronics. They didn't even use the box for my flat screen television, didn't wrap it or anything. They just put it in the storage.

It went very well. When I told the lady who answered the phone what I needed she came up with a solution that avoided the usual hourly charge for two men and a truck since no truck was needed. The two men arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, knowledgable and did exactly what I needed - moving a very large sofa from the back of the house to the front and some large loungers from front to back.

I would highly recommend Haynes.  They were prompt to respond to my questions and request for a quote.  They were the most reasonably priced in the area, without any hidden fees or surcharges.  Our move included an upright piano, and they didn't have any extra charge for that - it was just based on how much time it took.  The crew showed up on time and they were friendly, professional, and careful with our things.  I would definitely use them again, although hopefully we'll never move again!

Enjoyable if that's possible when moving an entire house and family! Everything went as estimated and planned! Everyone was happy and could not find anything wrong, amazing service and professionalism.
