Gross and son had our vehicle for over 2 months.  Initially, the repairs were about average, but when I went to pick up the vehicle the mismatch and gaps were something that resembled the work of a high school auto shop class, and they failed to clean up overspray in various places.    When I opened the driver's door, I noticed the rear seat and rear compartment trim panels were not installed; someone just threw them back in the car without installing them.
So I left the car with them so they could correct the discrepancies.  When they called for me to come pick it up the 2d time, they did a much better job of aligning the hood and fenders, but now there was a dent/deep scratch in the right rear quarter panel.  They also failed to align the headlights.  Even a rookie mechanic knows to align a headlight when you replace it. 
I leave it with them a 3d time, and repeat.  On the next visit, someone had put their foot through the driver's door speaker grill.  The shop idiot who replaced the grill attempted to pry the old grill from the panel, but that's not how you remove it.  He damaged the door panel and did nothing to correct it;  it was just another discrepancy they left for me to find.  I took it back, and talked with the manager; instead of replacing the panel, they attempted a repair.  Let's just say you can tell it was "repaired".  At this point I was tired of dealing with them, and wanted the car outta there before  they did any more damage.
Use at your own risk!  This provider's quality control needs some major improvements.  If you do use them, look you car over carefully before you drive away.

I dropped my car off at Gross and Son in the afternoon, it was ready the next evening. The price was the exact same as quoted. All of the staff are very friendly and extremely welcoming!

They do excellent work. As far as reputation and work they are top notch. They are very busy.

Other than the great service, Gross Brothers went out of their way when the service could not be completed on the Friday that as scheduled for completion (parts were back-ordered.) I was due to leave the Saturday (next day) for a trip to Disney. Gross thought the parts come in late delivery Friday and that the car might still be ready. Parts did not arrive, and when we tried to get a rental car- there were none available. Gros Bothers thenofferred to lend me thier shop SUV for the trip because of the delay. I drove thier SUV to Orlando and returned in 6 days to find my car ready and a complimentary service of thier SUV that I thought was totally and quot;out of the boxand quot;.

Repair took a few days longer than estimated, but well worth the wait.

Couldn't be happier. They did a great job. They were courteous, professional, prompt, and did a great job repairing the damage.
