I'm very sorry for the negative experience you had with me and my company. Please know that I strive to leave all of my customers satisfied and always do my best with every car. To address the coupon first, I have a purchasable discount that goes through Angie's List, but payment is done through their website, not directly with me, which is where my confusion was; I was happy to give you the discount, but it wasn't the deal I'd worked out with Angie's List. I apologize again for my confusion. I remember your car because you were close to my house. The car is a black import, I think it was either a BMW or Mercedes. Before I began working, we spoke about heavy bug acid damage, which could have been avoided if the car was washed regularly. The only solution to acid eating through the paint is to have the affected area repainted. I offered waxing (which would help but still not correct this problem), stating detailing would not help this situation. The rest of the car turned out great, but the bumper, hood and side mirrors are still pitted as there was no paint to correct.
