"I feel like there is a mental health issue going on with this client. There were about 7 dogs living inside the house. It was more of a doghouse than a human house. The smell of dog poo and urine was enough to knock someone down!. If I had realized that before I agreed to clean, I probably would have suggested Serve-Pro or a demolition company. We were on time, friendly, and professional. We didn't complain about the smell. We thoroughly cleaned, including the kitchen and bathrooms, we wiped the walls, vacuuumed and mopped three times. The smell was atrocious! I can't believe the client is worried about us scraping soap scum with our fingernails???? REALLY??? The house should be condemned. I can't believe anyone could live in that smell with 7 dogs urinating and deficating everywhere. It's very ironic that of all the hundrteds of clients we have served, that this client would rate us the way she did. Maybe she was happier with urine and dog paw oil and dirt and grime everywhere. Most difficult house I have ever cleaned and it was dramatically improved when we were fininshed. I really don't understand the F ratings and then to suggest that we should have scraped the shower with our fingernails.
