They do a quarterly service. They charge us per visit. They are outstanding. We have elected the service that uses bait stations around the house as well as spraying and so forth. They found termites in one of the bait stations once. They then put the treatment in and we have not had any termites around the house since then.

They were at our house within 48 hours of our call. They did a test for mortgage purposes. They were very prompt, helpful, and informative.
