After being with this company more than 16 years I have to say things have changed. After realizing my battery back up and one of my perimeter sensors were defective, I called and emailed 5 TIMES with NO response and had to inform them I would be canceling my service before I got any follow up, only to be hit with a $153 bill to maintain a system under service agreement for a 15 minute visit. Happy to move my business somewhere else and share my thoughts.
