Gary informed us of the process and we agreed on the price. He arrived early and began to remove the tile with his tools. This was an extensive job and required a full day of access to the home. He carefully removed the molding as to be reused. He completed the job on schedule and provided information for the next step which was removing the mastic and prepare for concrete stain. He was very professional and attentive. He cleaned up everything as if nobody was ever here.
