FLORIDA AIR CONDITIONING

Florida Air appears to be a reliable company. We we’re replacing a nine year old air conditioning system. They were on time, engaging with us, explained the job and answered any questions we had. This is the first time using them, our original system was installed by another company that went out of business or restructured but were not available at the contact information we had.

Showed up and provided estimate on the same day requested and installed the following day. Work was professionally completed and old system removed, system thoroughly checked and all work cleaned up. Installers were polite and professional and answered all questions to my satisfaction. Zero complaints-I would highly recommend Florida Air. I have also used them for semiannual inspection and and quot;tune upand quot; for the past 10 years. Their price is reasonable and technicians are very professional.

They are on time, i really like that. They check on the heat and ac, some time they find something ,some time they do not. I have had my ac go out and they have come right out the next day. Will use them again , no question about it.

They are very friendly and neat. They clean up very well after themselves.

They are wonderful. I have used them for 10 or 15 years. I love them. I have an annual contract and it is around $125 and they come twice a year, in the fall and then in the spring to check my equipment to make sure that everything is up to par. If there is something that they know that is malfunctioning they correct it. If there is something wrong even after they come and do their little checkups, they give me a discount like 20 or 25 percent on parts and labor, so it really is a tremendous saving. For $125, they do the two checkups and if there is anything wrong during the year that I need serviced, there is a bit of a discount. I have retired now but I referred them to several people when I did work. Their price is wonderful. I had a problem with my air conditioner in the summer time over the weekend and I called and within an hour they were already calling me back. I would rate them highly and will continue to use them in the future.

Worker arrived on time and with an outstanding attitude towards his work. He was very professional and completely explained what I needed and didn't need. He was concerned about the customer, not the bottom dollar. Definitely recommend Steve as he is fast, dependable, and completed an complete inspection of my air conditioning and heating needs. I will go to same company when I decide to change to a heat pump.
