I had a great experience with Floor City USA. My tenants worked with them directly to schedule an estimate, which went smoothly. I worked with Terry to finalize the material options, costs, pricing, etc. Overall, it was a very smooth experience with no surprises. In addition, I thought they were very fairly priced in comparison to the local competition. Finally, they sub-contracted the installation to Lees’ Flooring Inc and my tenants had nothing but good things to say about them.

Looks great, very happy with the tile. Had to do a good bit of mopping, caulking and clean up when the crew left though.

Wonderful, the workers were very thorough and cleaned up when they were finished.

Everything went great! My Floor City USA sales rep, Katherine, was wonderful and the company that did the work, Floor Medics, did an excellent job. Gary and his crew were very professional and they did an awesome job.

Floor City was great from start to finish. Every carpet place we went to in the area was ok, but working with these professionals was great. Their laid back attitude and general interest in every customer is what made the decision easy for us to do business with them.

THEY ARE WONDERFUL PEOPLE THERE AND THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I REFERRED A CO-WORKER RECENTLY AND HE WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH HIS CARPETING AND LAMINATE FLOORING AND THE SERVICE PROVIDED. ANOTHER CO-WORKER HAS USED THEM FOR YEARS WHEN FIXING UP THEIR RENTAL PROPERTIES AND THEY WOULDN'T USE ANYONE ELSE.

First of all,Terry from Floor City was very helpful in helping me pick out the right flooring for my house without breaking the bank. She also made sure that the supplies and crew were on time and keep me posted on any changes. The crew that came to my house are top notch and did a outstanding job from hauling away the old stuff,installation of the new and making sure the work site is clean before they left. I am very happy of the results. I would recommend Floor City to anyone who requires prompt,professional flooring services. By the way the crew especially are just down right good people!!! Thank You.

Keith, the owner of Floor City, worked with us in choosing the materials. He was very helpful. We went into the project with a general idea of what we wanted. Keith had excellent suggestions for modifications in what we were planning, as did the installer, Jeff Gooden of Anything Tile, who is an artist in his own right. Keith steered us to in-stock, and therefore less expensive, tile which turned out to be exactly what we had in mind. It's hard to think of selecting tile as an entertaining activity, but it was. Keith was patient with our starts, stops and reversals of decisions along the way. The result is everything we hoped for when we began the project. We're already at work with the same team to redo another bathroom.

Very unhappy with there work. The tiles inch measurement don't match, so of the tiles are further apart then others. You can stub your toes on the tiles. One tile you can break you neck on. I have called to have them come to fix it, but they still have not come out. Still wating on someone to come and fix on tile. They came out to fix some tiles but not all of them. They should have fixed all the tiles.

Overall Good Experience

Everything went great, started and finished on time as promised.
