I do use the contractor that has been in my house for almost 4 months now. I am not sure I would recommend him because of this organization and I constantly having to meet with them every week and they have to go back and repair and redo jobs. So, I am not sure I would recommend him to anybody. I can do a review on him but I would not recommend him to anybody. It is just a lot of work keeping on top of this job.  Well, you have to be on top of trades all the time. The contractor was not present very much, so, I sound that I became the contractor and I was constantly on the crew directing them. And even if I would meet with the contractor, and give them a list, he will not explain it to his crew, and therefore, Eric would be made, and then, I had to go to the guy, and said, did he explain to you what the list is about and they would say, no. And then, I would have to go over it. Our project that would have probably should have taken half of the time, would double the time and they were out of my home at Dec. 20, but I still have a list of incomplete thing. But I will not recommend him to anybody in the area. It was about $100000. For the crew, they were punctual but the contractor was not.
