 + -1 moreWe normally use them. It's a small company. Unfortunately they don't offer emergency services on the weekends and nights. The price I paid for the annual service included the two visits. When we first bought the house about five years ago, we went through three thermostats. Finally I refused to go with that brand and went to a different brand. Expert was the one that installed the thermostat that we currently use. In addition, the compressor on the unit went out and they handled that. I had to pay for labor only because the compressor was under warranty. Their service has been very good, but the only shortcoming is they don't work nights and weekends. I would recommend them.
Description of Work: Expert Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration did the spring service for me. I have them come out in the spring and fall.
