EXIT REALTY NFI

Exit Reality agent Christopher Knight did not provide accurate information concerning the costs of purchasing our present house.  He was poorly informed about aspects of the property such as Flood Insurance.  His primary effort was to maximize his commission, not to educate the buyers.  Avoid.

Simply put, horrible. From the moment of contact with both Stephen Campbell and Exit Realty the experience was completely unprofessional. Buying a home is a serious affair and to have to not have contracts read, deeds signed, keys not passed over calls returned and complaint letters read is completely out of order. We were forced to deal with Stephen and Exit as they were the sellers agents, but even from our end they were bad. After closing we sat down with the sellers and found that they had the same sort of experience and are currently placing a formal complaint to the FREC regarding the experience. I did try to speak with his broker/owner at Exit Realty, and finally went into their offices and hand write a letter of complaint then and there, to only come back 2 weeks later to find out why there had not been contact regarding the situation to only find that they never even bothered to read it, let alone respond. We would, under no circumstances, recommend Stephen Campbell or Exit Realty.
