We were very pleased with the prompt communication and the professional home inspection conducted on the house we are looking to purchase. Since we aren't in the state yet, we really appreciate that the report included lots of pictures and a detailed summary of all issues with the house. Fortunately, there were only minor issues so we will soon call this house our home. We feel the price for the inspection and the report were very fair, as we did shop around and the mitigation report will save us more money on our homeowner's insurance. The extra aerial pictures taken by the drone were a bonus too. We highly recommend Emerald Coast Home Inspectors.

It was great! Dan was very thorough and had a great detailed report for us a couple hours after the inspection. He had videos and pictures on the report along with recommendations on who to call, plumber, electrician etc. We would for sure use Dan again!
