Tony and Mike came to my home promptly at 8AM today, January 9, 2017 to give me an estimate for buying and installing a new water heater. I wanted to purchase another water heater from Lowe's, but after listening to Tony and his 34 years of knowledge and experience, I decided to go with his recommendation of a Rheem 50 gal water heater to replace our old one. We could not be more satisfied with the new water heater. East Bay Plumbing installed it the same day and we are very happy with the same day service. Amazing company with professional service and honesty. In my opinion, East Bay Plumbing is the best in the business. Thank you Tony and Mike. -Ken and Jean Naranjo

Call them if you need a plumber! They were able to be at the house with in an hour. Very friendly answered all my questions and didnt over charge. Even offer military discount.

I contacted East Bay Plumbing to find out the cost to replace a broken PVC toilet flange. The gentleman said the cost to replace the flange and re-install the toilet would be $175.00.  I asked when they could come by to do the work, he replied they could be by in about an hour.  They arrived around 40 minutes later and completed the work in in less than 60 minutes. They made quick work of replacing the broken flange and installed the new one so it would not break as the previous one did. Then installed a new toilet I had purchased; insured it was setup and level, replaced the water supply line, adjusted the flush valve, and checked for leaks.  Outstanding service and very polite and professional gentlemen. I would recommend East Bay Plumbing to anyone and will use them again when the need arises

I went to lowes to get new plumbing pipes for the kitchen for $20.00 bucks total a couple days before I called this provider or company or business Yesterday to setup a appointment and I left my call back information like my name, and address, and What was wrong with my plumbing problem that i had underneath the kitchen sink and cell phone number on their answering machine and I didn't or never Got A call back from them so I tried to call again a little bit after 4:30ish and i finally gotten someone and then SO i Finally gotten to set up the appointment for today October 17th, 2014 at 1:00pm . So I Then, Woke up Around 12:45pm today on the appointment date and time and fixed me a little bit of lunch before they came at 1:00pm to do the plumbing work I had that I couldn't do because I didn't really know what i was doing underneath my kitchen sink so i decided to give them a call to do everything. So I finally gotten done eating my lunch right at 1:00pm and still no site of them or a call from them. so about I dunno 35 minutes later goes by and it is and was 1:35pm and they finally showed up to do the plumbing and they pulled up in my driveway and they did not even give me a call to let me know that they are going or running late to my job site to fix my underneath my kitchen sink problem. and quot;I didn't even know if they were coming or not or be a no show. so when they finally gotten here i said to myself OK I'll let that 35 minutes without a warning to let me know that you were going or to be running late go. So I showed them in and showed them were i had the problem and the way to the kitchen and they started to get to work on the new plumbing underneath the kitchen sink Immediately and they installed the new basket stainer and fixed and tightened all of the shutoff valves that I had underneath the kitchen sink. so Far Its been about 45 minutes to an hour now. So They just got done and they cleaned up everything and they gave me the bill and it was for $105.00 total so I wrote them A Check and paid it right then and there and also i thought that was to high of a total amount for the job but i still paid it anyway because i needed a kitchen sink back . I thought that what they were asking for was excessive and way to much or probably not i dunno. but I'm Not going to use them again i just couldn't find anyone else who was reasonable in price and respectable and professional and nice and someone i knew to do the plumbing job and i was without a kitchen sink for about a couple days so this was the only company that i knew off in My area or town.

I called Tony and reached him at 0715 this morning- Informed him that the Hot Water Heater in my rental home had (according to the renters) exploded. I gave him the phone number of my renter and he told me that they were 'on their way'. Heard back from the renters about 2 hours later and they said it was already DONE! Fabulous work done in record time. Thanks to Tony and East Bay Plumbing !! I would highly recommend East Bay in the future.

They also were very helpful on other information on the homes water system in prepping it for the cold weather that was coming.

This company was recommended (and paid) by a contractor so I cannot speak to the actual price.
The initial leak was fixed quickly with no problems. The worker was timely and friendly.
Unfortunately, the wrong shower wall was installed in one bathroom. The contractor reports that the plumbers installed the wrong shower wall (but I cannot say for sure who was ultimately responsible for installing the correct item).
In addition, the floor wasn't leveled prior to installing the tub. When I stood in the tub it moved and creaked as if you were about to fall through. The hallway sheetrock had to be cut so that concrete could be put underneath the base of the back of the tub which was not even touching the floor.
We had some minor leaks with the toilets and plumbing underneath one sink but it was easily fixed by a little tightening.
There have been no issues thus far with any of the repair work in the kitchen.
I haven't used any other companies to compare this to but overall based on the mistakes, we would most likely not use this company again.

Tony, of East Bay Plumbing in Gulf Breeze fixed a broken water line
from the water meter to my house.I had called another repairman and when
he arrived he said he could not fix it. In fairness to him he did not
charge me for a service call. Anyway, I called Tony at East Bay plumbing
and he said he would be out immediately, which he was. It was a
difficult job, but Tony show great knowledge, skill and professionalism and a great attitude.
and got it fixed. Keep in mind this was on a Saturday after Thanksgiving
when others would not return calls or come out. I had one that said
they would be out next Friday.. My hat's off to Tony and I HIGHLY
recommend him and his company, East Bay Plumbing and if the need arises again you can be sure I will be calling the.

Response time was very quick. Really they did the job well, but the bill was ridiculous. $30 was for the parts (2 cartridges) which was ok, but $95 for 5 minutes of work as a labor cost?! That was shocking and would be the sole reason I wouldn't use them again as the time and effort spent did not justify that much of a cost.

I called Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend and told them I had very low water flow in the tub and shower of the guest bathroom and that I had created a leak in my sprinkler system when replacing a sprinkler head. Mike, the owner, said that I probably did not want to pay emergency/after hours rates for this problem and that he could be here at 8 am Tuesday morning. I agreed. He showed up on time with a helper. Both problems were fixed within 40 minutes. Mike found the problem with the water flow quickly and showed/explained to me what was wrong. Sodder, that had been in the pipes since the house was built in 1987, finally worked it's way into a place where it obstructed the water flow. I watched as he removed it and once he got all that out the water flow is very good. The cracked PVC was at a T joint and not something I wanted to fix myself. The cracked portion was replaced and everything tested for leaks. Both men were very polite and friendly. I thought the cost was reasonable and they completed the work in a timely manner.

This is the third time we used East Bay Plumbing for a septic system repair or faucet replacement. Each time they told us what was wrong, quoted us on the repair and completed it immediately. The repair is always completed perfectly, the plumbers are friendly and super knowledgeable and they respond to the house in a timely manner. They never leave a mess, always cleaning up behind themselves. I wish all repairmen handled the process so well. We will continue to use EBP as any plumbing concerns arise.

East Bay Plumbing was recommended to me by a water company employee in
Gulf Breeze. I followed up with a review of the company on Angie's list
and confirmed that they were a quality service company. I needed all
the plumbing in my home replaced. The old polybutylene lines were
cracking on an almost monthly basis. Repairs and high water bills were
ridiculous.
I contacted Tony and he came out immediately, provided me with a bid for
both jobs. Their price was fair and they began the water work within
two weeks and the gas line installation immediately after I got my
natural gas line and meter installed from the city. They completed the work within 3 days.
They installed 3 connections and a T for future expansions, following
all codes.The workmanship was high quality. They took care of all
permitting and the technicians doing the work were thorough and earned
every penny they were paid.
If I ever need another plumber in Gulf Breeze, I'm calling Tony at East Bay Plumbing.

They picked up the heaters and brought them to the house and installed them without any problems to date

Called for an estimate to replace a water heater and was quoted three hundred dollars. I was happy with the price and East bay Plumbing said they could be out today in 2-3 hours. Tony and Mike arrived as scheduled and we reviewed what needed to be done. Work was completed professionally in about two hours or less. Old water heater and debris was removed and work area cleaned. I was impressed with their work and knowledge, and shocked that the original plumber failed to solder the pipe fittings for the drain. So far everything works great. I'll have them back to replace my old faucets. We discussed the Geo-Thermal water heater from Lowes. I was thinking of getting one but I was afraid of the noise. Mike said when its working it sounds like a car running. For an extra $50 on the install I could have had a Geo Spring hybrid water heater. Lowes had them on sale for $999.00. Gulf Power has a $700.00 rebate. I should have talked to them before I bought a water heater. Tony, Mike and East Bay Plumbing are highly recommended!!!
