They came out at the intended time and installed the garage door opener quickly and efficiently. They made sure I knew how to operate and gave me all the manuals. If I had to do it again I would use them.

Everything was great! Doug called 30 min before he arrived as I had requested. Installed opener quickly (~1 hr). Cleaned up and removed all remnants of old opener. And then thoroughly explained all of the functions of the new garage door opener. In and out in a flash.

They were quick. They knew exactly what they were doing. They got it installed and they fully explained how it worked. They left me with the receipt and the operating manual. It was very quick and efficient. I got the best openers I've had.

They did a great job. My old door was in terrible shape, practically unusable. When they arrived they removed the old door, including the springs and cables. Come to find out the new door was about 2 inches to short, and would not work. A new door needed to be ordered, which was going to take a couple of weeks. Dun Rite installers took my old door, repaired and reinstalled including new springs and cables, to a working condition. About 2 hours of work with no complaining. When the second door arrived they removed the old door and installed the new one, and hauled away the old door. A great job!

The owner came out the first time and performed the job as needed. After a few weeks, the shaking on the problem door got worse. I called, and he came back out, figured out the problem and didn't charge me anything. I would definitely use them again.

This company's service was just excellent. The technician showed up on time. He fixed the initial problem, and then went above and beyond and discovered other minor problems we overlooked. He also answered our questions about our new garage opener that was installed by somebody else. He also showed us how to use some of the features we were unfamiliar with. No doubt, we will be using them again. Also the billing for his time and service was quite reasonable.

Doug and his crew were very professional and friendly. He was able to identify several termite issues in my garage and helped me to find a contractor (Blatz Remodeling) to make the repairs. He worked with me and the other contractor to complete all the work within the specified time and estimate. I will be calling him for all of my garage door/opener needs in the future.
