Diversified Appraisal Services greatly exceeded my expectations. The professionalism, timelessness and attention to detail was incredible! I had no idea who to hire, and my research got me nowhere. I had always heard of, but never tried Home Advisor, I am sooo happy I did. Our accountant and financial advisor said it was absolutely necessary to get an accurate and proper appraisal so that the IRS would accept it along with my late husbands papers....well they were so very pleased and praised me for my decision.
