He said he could do the job in two months but it took 4 months. He often did not show up and would not call us to let us know. Sometimes two weeks would go by before he would come back and continue the work. The work was fairly good but there were two problem areas we had to hire someone else to come in and fix. We wanted him to remember there were handicapped needs in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom and he did not listen to us well regarding that. The shower had standing water and ran over the edge where you drive the wheelchair in. The kitchen sink was at the very back of the counter top and my mom can't reach the faucet. He also built rails in the closet that were too high. We would not use him again.
