DEJAVU NEW & USED FURNITURE

Several days after we bought the chest of drawers from them I had a question regarding it so I called the store. The woman who answered did not identify herself as part of her greeting. I wanted to make sure I was speaking with the woman that I had bought the drawers from because she had been very nice. So I asked the person on the phone her name, and she refused to give it and became belligerant. She wanted to know WHY I wanted to know who I was speaking to and demaned my name in return. I calmly told her I was a repeat customer and had bought several furniture items from them and I wanted to speak with the sales woman that I had originally dealt with. She became extremely RUDE and refused to tell me her name. I asked for the manager. She said the manager wasn't available. So I said fine I would call back later. I called back later that same day and asked for the manager. She recognized me and said the manager had no interest in talking to me. I was extremely confused because normally when you call a business they identify themselves and this whole scenario started because I wanted to make sure I was speaking to the right person. I was very upset and told her that we were repeat customers who were looking to replace more furniture and I just had a question about something we had bought. I told her because she was so rude that we would not be shopping there anymore. She actually told me she did not want my business anymore then AND HUNG UP ON ME. This whole scenario changed where we bought our living room furniture from and I haven't forgotten about how we were treated here even after a few years.
