The house had granite counter tops. Porcelain sinks were installed under the counter tops. At the 20 month point the sinks fell from under the counter tops. I contacted D.R. Horton and asked for warantee service under the ten year builder's warantee That warrantee states that builder's defects are covered for 10 years. D.R.Horton stated that the sinks failed because I did not seal the counter tops and the water caused the epoxy to fail. I have sealed the counter tops at least twice! . There was NO epoxy but silicone instead. There were no brackets or tabs to hold the sink up. I have paid a handyman to reinstall teh sinks because D.R. Horton refuses to help.
Excellent. No Complaints. Valerie Heard is the on-site agent and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features and benefits. My wife and I have no complaints.

We discovered our carpet and baseboards were wet in one area of our home. I called a plumber who specializes in leak detection.
He found 2 nails in our plumbing pipes;apparent damage done by the builder.
This resulted in a slow leak . Uunfortunately for us, we did not discover the leak until we had been in the home for 3 years.
We contacted DR Horton and were informed that they were not liable for the damge because our warranty only covered the first year.
