+ -1 moreThe work was performed in a satisfactory if not exemplary manner. Because the work was negotiated on a time and materials basis, the decisions on how much of the mortar to remove and repair was left up to the mason. A few areas I would have liked done were not, but the price charged was as agreed. Overall, the job looks good. I wished that the color of mortar could have been matched to the non-worked area a little better.
Description of Work: Grinding and mortar replacement for selected areas of brick steps and porch. Miscellaneous tuckpointing of house bricks.
