This job went very well. The communication from our first meeting to the last was impeccable. They were on time, clean, polite and didn't complain at all about having to climb 3 flights of stairs. Our condo doesn't have an elevator. We went to their shop to see the work they do and met with Christine who helped us with a few extra features. The process of this renovation went according to schedule and their experience showed through. They are experts. We are very happy with the finished product. The craftsmanship is outstanding and the painted finish is superior. My kitchen is a joyful place.

A little history---
Every year during the holidays, I start thinking about installing floor to ceiling bookshelves in my home office.  Several years ago I had a contractor come out to measure for a quote. He never called with a quote, and even after several calls to him, he never returned my call.  This is was an $8000 job, so it's not exactly small.  Last year, I sent a message through Angie's list to a contractor and he never contacted me.  So this year when I sent an email through Angie's list on 1/4/2015 to a third contractor, I didn't expect anything either.  To my disbelief, Josh called the very next morning (1/5/2015) and set an appt for the next day (1/6/2015).  He arrived on time, took measurements, looked at the pictures of what I wanted and said he would contact us with a quote two days later.  AND HE DID!  We accepted the quote on 1/9/2015 and mailed him a deposit.  The next week he called and said he received the check.  They would begin working on building the bookshelves offsite, and would be ready to install on 1/23/2015.  
Throughout the process he kept in contact with me.  At the beginning of the week, he confirmed that he would be ready to install on 1/23/2015.  Then on 1/21/2015 he said they were ready, and asked if we would like to move up the install one day to 1/22/2013.  Bring it on!  He and his crew of 2 arrived on time, were very polite and professional, cleaned up after themselves, and left us with the most beautiful built in bookcases ever.  Right out of a magazine.  I LOVE them!
Let me say that we have survived two custom built homes and one 10,000 sq ft office.  While I hate to generalize, the large majority of subcontractors that we have worked with have not been reliable, and certainly not polite.  They may have gotten the job done, but it was not a pleasant experience.  But with this experience...it was totally pleasant.  I couldn't be more pleased.  In fact, we've already asked him for a quote on a second project!  Five out of four stars!  I'd recommend him highly.

My wife and I met with Joshua and his brother Michael at Creative Cabinetworks and told them what we were looking for (a rustic one of a kind solid wood mantel).  We were shown a very dusty, dirty 10' solid wood beam with grayish paint on it.  We were told it could be reconditioned and stained to our liking.  We agreed and they immediately got to  work restoring the piece to our specifications and choice of stain.  Joshua came out to our house to install the very heavy mantel (now 5' mantel) and after laying a drop cloth to catch the mess, he very carefully installed the heavy mantel using four very large lag bolts into the wood studs and then placed screws from the top of the mantel next to the lag bolts to make sure the mantel stays in place.  Because Joshua installed the mantel so well I am quite confident that not only will it support it's own weight but probably another 100- 200  pounds on top of the mantel.  After the installation Joshua went to his van and came back with a shop vac and proceeded to vacuum up all the little bits and pieces much to my wife's liking!  I would highly recommend Joshua and his brother Michael for any of your woodworking needs as they are both very conscientiousness!

They did an outstanding job.  They were congenial and responsive.

Arrived on scheduled.  Did work with minimal distress to the rest of the house, sanding and painting.  Cleaned up afterward.

It was probably a small job by their standards, the cabinets are great, they did not fully finished, they were to provide pulls and did not, they just billed me for the first time a week ago, job is over two months old.

I thought I'd have our new medicine cabinet installed by someone who knew what they were doing as (a) the installation of the old cabinet was dodgy, (b) I wanted to avoid subsequent drywall repairs if possible, and (c) I wanted to minimize the likelihood that the installation would become an extended project that would inconvenience other users of the bathroom. I was concerned that the job might be too small to be interesting, but Joshua scheduled me right in, arrived as scheduled, sorted out the structural issues that whoever installed the old cabinet had left behind, and installed the new cabinet leaving the drywall in good shape--all in short order. Joshua was easy to communicate with and very pleasant to deal with.

I could not be happier with the work he performed.  His attention to detail is impeccable.  Not to mention all the added ideas I would not have thought of!  We love our cabinets now - and we really hated them before!

Creative Cabinetworks was prompt and we are so happy with our new makeover. They did full overlay cabinets for the kitchen and bathrooms. Also installed new counter tops. We will continue to use them.

Removed doors to be painted at the shop. Painted cabinet boxes at our home then reinstalled doors and drawers with new hinges,slides and pulls. Installed crown moulding throughout kitchen and living room. Great quality,courteous service.Kept work area clean everyday.

The experience went very well.  They were very profesional and the work and installation was perfect.
