+ -1 moreThe experience was okay and pleasant. It was pretty easy but they missed something. I get a self-install which was easy enough but what they did was they came and they turned on my service outside the house but they didn’t tell me where the service came inside my house. So I went to plug into my system and then they charged me to come out and tell me where the system was where it came in which they would have done when they asked me the question. So they charged me to come back and do it the second time. So I did not care for them.
Description of Work: Cox Residential Digital Solutions Store: Pensacola is my internet service provider. They came out to setup service.
