+ -1 moreAfter 5 months of partial solar production and constant system alerts, I now have no solar production and a solution does not seem to be in sight. The system has been service on multiple occasions and one of the inverters was replaced, but nothing has resolved my problems. I am not sure why you are unable to fix the issues. The service people tend to show up unannounced and after a day of work tell me the system is working or they will return. Neither has been the case. I'm paying the loan for the system and FPL for power, since my system is way underperforming.

+ 0 moreWe were not informed there would be a $147.85 charge for providing an estimate on solar hot water heater. Found out at time of visit we would have to pay for the estimate. 30 min visit. not cool.

They provided all the necessary information we needed for the application and were very instrumental in making sure we knew how and when to apply. They were very professional and businesslike. They showed up when promised and kept us informed throughout the process. The solar panels are up, working and we couldn't be more pleased. We had absolutely no problems and would highly recommend Compass to others.

+ -1 moreTechnical work was outstanding. Installers were also very helpful in showing me how to operate the systems. Customer service was below my expectations for a major purchase such as this. I had to call multiple times to get an install schedule. Initial cost estimate left out an additional expense. When I was given the estimate, it was nearly 100% in error. The sales representative was unable to adequately explain the advantages of using solar power. Total time from contract signing to system turn-on was just under 3 months.
