I am SOOOO pleased with CSC construction!! They did a home remodeling job for us and we have absolutely no complaints. Their work was professional, they were on time for appointments, they resolved any unexpected issues (you know you always have those :( and left the place cleaner than when they came. They stood by their quote giving us peace of mind throughout the whole process. This is a great group and I’ll be calling them again 😀

Can't recommend common sense construction enough. They gave a fair price, did good work, were easy to communicate with, thought along and worked around our schedule. They replaced a rotted load bearing beam in quick fashion and even communicated with another contractor we were using to help ensure that the work was done before the next crew came in.

We've owned our home for 33 years and have had many exterior renovations, including a couple of major ones after hurricanes . It is three stories and difficult to navigate exterior work. We had the entire 5,000 feet repainted, oxidation removed and a lot of wood rot located and replaced. We have never had a more pleasant experience with those doing the work or with the owner Adam White. The work was absolutely outstanding with precision attention to detail. The crew was on time every day and worked diligently and quickly even in this oppressive heat. And beyond that, they were truly nice people. We looked forward to seeing them each day. We are using them again to do some window work and interior renovation. They are absolutely the best. John K

The guys did sloppy work, so, we agreed on a discounted price. Surprised to see that the final check was cashed after notifying that the workers had overlooked another area that they were supposed to have completed.

Did a very good job. Very informative as to what they were doing next. Very considerate. They did a very good job on the exterior and also on the interior. The job consisted on painting mostly.

Excellent work and friendly polite workers. I was thrilled with the finished work.

Greetings and Great News! I am so happy to report and share with you another outstanding company that does marvelous work. If your home could use some new paint/ and or minor repairs.. this is who you want to call! They have a finish carpenter and outstanding painter that can apply paint to make your home look like a new. I have been in my home 27 years... and it was in dire need! Little did I know the "bird boxes" where falling apart, on the back of the house. (that is the side the hurricanes hit hardest). They were so kind as to repair/ replace all 4 bird boxes on the back side of the house. They also fixed a French door (that had wood rot on the bottom of the door frame) because the rain constantly hits it. There was a rotten place on the deck that was broken through.. and they patched that up, too. They are courteous, punctual, and pick up after themselves. If they are going to have to reschedule,(due to rain), they let you know and will work on a Saturday to get the job done. So, if you have a project, I hope you give them a call... you will be so glad you did. Ms. Deb Pensacola FL

We were consistently pleased by their attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism. They were so fast and efficient. Painting looks absolutely amazing. Already planning in future projects for them.

Nick and Allen who painted our house went out of their way to make sure everything that was done was to our satisfaction. They offered their advice and we were very happy the way our house now looks.
