Coastal Overhead Door

Made an appointment for a normal work hours visit, so can not evaluate their emergency service program. They claim 24/7 and I have no reason to doubt it. Left some suggestions for further maintenance to consider, but was not pushy at all about them as they were not (yet) critical, but instead gave a recommended timeline, which is appreciated. Honored the discounts mentioned on the Web site. I was a little concerned when the address listed wound up being a UPS store mailbox, but they are apparently a local service branch of the main company in Pensacola and there was absolutely no issue to schedule to appointment or meet the scheduled time - Arrived well within the scheduled window and was done within about 30 minutes.

Great!!!! They are the best. I had Precision come out and they quoted me $280 to replace cables on my garage door. Their guy made up a bunch of BS and I sent him packing. Then I called Coastal and the guy came out within 2 hours and replaced my cables, tuned everything up, oiled everything and charged me $103. WHAT A DIFFERENCE from Precision Doors!!! I would recommend Coastal to anyone and have made sure I put them in my file cabinet for ANY door problems.

Very well. They made some recommendations for further work which we approved.

The tech reviewed the problem (door opener was disengaged from the door).  He explained what he needed to do, how much it would cost, and all that need to be replaced.  He was very professional and courteous. did the work promptly and efficiently.  The price was exactly as estimated. I would gladly use him again.

I looked for a company on Angie's list but the ones I called couldn't come out at night which was upsetting because they said 24/7 service on websites. One company didn't even answer their phone. I then looked up a company on google and found coastal overhead door . The person answering the phone was very kind and said he could have a tech out in an hour. I had to pay an emergency fee but that was ok. A tech showed up within a hour and explained everything in detail to me before he started. I knew the price before he started and it didn't change when he was complete. I am very happy with this company. I asked why he wasn't on Angie's list and they had just signed up that day. I am happy to give them their first review. While the tech was out here he also gave me a discount for using Angie's list. Overall it was a great experience I am a disabled vet and the tech was very understanding in the end we talked about fishing for an half hour.
