There are so many things on the walls that should have been sanded before painting. And after they started work we found out they wouldn't do any doors or door frames, even though this house we bought desperately needed it. I have photos of the areas that really look bad.

"I would have welcomed a phone call to discuss any issue you might have had. Before I close out any job I give the home owner a role of blue painter tape and ask that you go through and mark any area that youre not happy with. I then ask that you go through it again after we leave and if you see anything we missed to give me a call. At the completion of the job we did a walk through together and you told me you were very happy with all the work. This job was completed over 10 months ago and I have not heard anything until now with this review so I am at a loss on how to respond. The contract was walls only, no doors or frames were included."

Dan, and his team are the best contractor for any project we have undertaken since moving into this house. Not just the quality of his work (I would give him 6 out of 5), but the fact that he arrived on time each day, respected our home, was professional, polite and became someone I would trust to do any project I need done.

Dan and Rob did a FANTASTIC JOB with in interior and exterior of my home. They went above and beyond and paid attention to all the details that I never Would have thought of. They really treat their project as if this was their own home. Dan is so responsive and works hard. I will 100% be working with Dan on some future products!

Mr Livingston removed my hurricane damaged fence and built a brand new fence and gates. He also placed wire 12" into the ground under the fence to prevent my dogs from digging out. Hard working, on time and non stop. We now have a very beautiful and sturdy fence. I am already making my list for future projects to hire him for.

Coastal Home Improvements removed the old and installed a new wood privacy fence. Wood prices are up but I feel I was given the best price and discounts for today s market. My fence was damaged by storms and a real eye-sore, not to mention a double gate that had never worked well. The gate was replaced a year ago and still not working well and pickets were not even.. My new gate (s) today are beautiful and move easily with good cross supports. After (2) additional quotes, I settled with this company and today, after completion..,very grateful !! Everything I was told in the quote process was honored. That means a lot to me !! I would hire them all over again ! How many times can we say that, after a job is complete ??

The job performance and efforts to accommodate homeowner were splendid. I trusted them in my home to the point that I left to go to a doctor appointment. My trust was placed well. Dan and his crew did great work on my new privacy fence. I am military and received orders to deploy and leave the area soon than expected and made me end up going under contract to sell my house expeditiously, so he was able to pull some strings for me and get me moved up on the schedule to get the fence put in before new owners closed on home. Very friendly and highly recommend. Great value for the money.

This company came out to replace my fence damaged from the hurricane Sally. Dan was amazing, going over all my options. Great prices. He kept great communication. Answered and/or returned calls very promptly. Dan and his crew did an awesome job, the guys were very friendly and worked hard. He made sure I walked the fence to inspect everything to make sure I was pleased and yes, I was very pleased with this company... I will be calling them for other projects soon! Thank you so much!

Dan and his crew were great to work with. I hired them to remove and install new fencing due to damage that happened during Hurricane Sally. Dan came out the same day and give me an estimate. After comparing 3 other companies, he was by far the most reasonable. The job was completed within two weeks which was much better then other companies were able to do. He kept in contact with me letting me know what was happening and that he had not forgotten about the job. My fencing looks great. He is going to be my go to guy for work around my home moving forward. I plan to have him install flooring in my bedroom and build a pergola onto my patio.

Project: Painting a 32 x 40 barn. Dan was so patient and accommodating by repeatedly painting color samples on the side of the barn until we found just the right color. He and his crew did a great job and we are so pleased that we have already discussed our next project. We highly recommend Coastal Home Repair & Improvements.

I can not express enough gratitude towards Dan and his team! We are a military family and my spouse was deployed at the time of our move to Pensacola. I arrived to a home with our pets and children and no floors ( can you say disaster!). Shortly after arrival (when flooring was to start) Hurricane Sally came and delayed the work. Not only did Dan and his crew get to us as soon as power was restored but they also reached out to me frequently during and after the storm to make sure my family was okay and didnâ t need anything while also taking care of their families. Now to the floors, THEY ARE AMAZING!!! They helped us pick out a great quality flooring at a price point that wouldnâ t break our wallets and would last with the heavy use my family will put it through. To say these guys went above and behind does not do them justice! They were absolutely fabulous and I highly recommend them.

I hired Coastal to pressure wash and paint my back porch exterior (lots of window trim). The owner, Dan, who is very personable and honest, did the job himself. The color match was perfect and Dan did a great job cleaning and painting. The job was done without delay and was reasonably priced. Dan painted my house as if it were his own. I would definitley hire Coastal again and probably will in the future.

GREAT OWNER AND GROUP. They worked hard and long days to get my floors done before Thanksgiving and it's been a few weeks and I can say they did a great job. The owner is super nice and helpful in every way possible. He is also gave me some paint because he noticed my trim was painted poorly by the last owners. All around great experience.
