"Ms. Pamela, We have been using the same sod farm for the past 12 years and centipede does have a plastic net underneath that most farms in the country use. Your sod was installed 5/6/16 and we received the negative rating on quality and value on 3/8/18, almost two years later. Also you were informed that your irrigation system was outdated and was in need of updates and you declined to have the updates performed. An irrigation system with head to head coverage is key to any successful sodding installation. Not sure what you mean by orders too much sod so you pay for it ? We quote/bid on a project and if we over order it's our loss and not the customer. Please let us know if we can assist in the near future. Your business is sincerely appreciated."
"Mr. Tim, When called into our office you were quoted between $55-$65 per visit and $30-$40 one time over growth fee if over growth. You agreed to price and agreed to bi-weekly lawn service. Customer was satisfied with our service until he received a $3.25 late fee for past due invoice over 30 days. We feel we went above and beyond to provide excellent service and leave property maculate after every visit."
"Dear Customer, We apologize for being late. The technician was held up at the prior service, however we did call you to let you know he would be late. Upon our technician arrival he was able to find a leak in the main water line headed to valve box located on right side of home. After leak was found our technician showed you the leak and provided you with a quote on how much it cost to get leak repaired and you determined on not getting the work completed. When called in to our office it was explained it would be $65 service call fee plus labor and any parts that may be needed. You were only billed for service call plus labor which was the amount of time it took the technician to diagnose the system. Service call fees have not changed for Pensacola area in the past 8 years for new customer and existing."
"We appreciate your feed back. We are glad we were able to meet your expectations, look forward to helping you in the future"
"Dear Customer, Upon arrival and inspection of your irrigation system we found four Rotors that had to be replaced. Our technician replaced the four rotor?s with Rain Bird rotors. Along with replacing the rotors he also adjusted several rotors that were out of adjustment. While all these repairs were performed you were on site, paid for our services and Thanked the technician. Our Rain Bird Certified Technician made sure that our customer was happy and system was operating correctly before leaving the property. We called to follow up on Monday May 1st to make sure we had met your expectations and the response we received from you was " will get back to you I'm doing something" and hung up the phone. If there is something you feel we missed we will be glad to come and fix our mistake if one was committed."
"Mrs. Lydia all calls incoming and outgoing are recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. The day that you requested service you were advised of the charges that you would incur in order to get our lawn maintenance division to service your lawn. Due to you agreeing to the charges, two of our crew members were dispatched to service your property. We received a call stating that you were not satisfied and in return we replied that we would be glad to have a service manager stop by and take a look. Therefore we have scheduled an appointment to meet with you to make sure we meet or exceed your expectations."
"Thank your for the business and the great review. Look forward to serving you in the future."
"Appreciate the feed back and your business. Look forward to hearing from you for your next lawn or landscape project."
"Our customer has a 1.5 hp pump. His pump was not dug deep enough so there for causes pump to over heat and melt the fitting right off the pump. When he first gave us the call that it had come apart we explained to him what could cause the fitting to come loose. His response was "No your technician didn't tighten it enough". 1x1/4 male adapters have teflon tape and are tighten with a PVC wrench. Wouldn't come loose even if you had the strongest person try it by hand. We went out for the second time to replace when the fitting came loose and explained to our client if this were to happen again, which we knew it would. That he would be looking at another service call fee, plus labor and material."
