"I am very sorry you feel this way, but as explained before the deck of the mower is designed to discharge clippings as it cuts and is impossible to carry past yards clippings and the streaks you speak of are from the tires of the mower as we cut the grass. I really wish we could have resolved this issue with you but to a misunderstanding of how a lawnmower works I do not believe this will be possible."
