+ -1 moreHe's expensive but worth it. I depend on my car for traveling. I personally have never had to add fluids as he does the check each time you come in. Bobby takes care of my car. They send me notices to let me know when I'm due for a service. They keep all the auto records online, so both they and you can access your records at any time.
Description of Work: This is my mechanic and will be the only mechanic to work on my car. I've been using him for 9 years. The first time you go in, he'll do a wellness check: he changes out all of the fluids, including the oil, and replaces with his fluids. He will then insure the individual systems for 150,000 miles. Most recently they did an oil change. I'd also noticed that my heat was different in different vents; Bobby found the problem was an issue with leaking water. They fixed the source of the problem. They changed my vents and filters. They did all of this work in a day and I can drop the keys off on the drop box. I also get a free service repair call when I leave his shop.

+ 0 moreWorked 30 min. trying to get the socket back in and still didn't charge me a dime. I had all my work done under their "Wellness Program". I can be sure my car is ready to cross the country when I leave there. All fluids and tire pressure is OK and I'm ready to roll, which I frequently do.
